Pension Scheme

The Company Pension Schemes are Auto Enrolment compliant and managed by an independent, specialist administrator. They offer a range of investment choices and are self-managed.
Current minimum contributions are 4% Employer 5% Employee.

25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays

Increasing to 27 days after 5 years service.

Employee Benefit Trust 

You will be eligible to participate in the “Employee Benefit Trust”. This is a program that allows employees to share in the value we create in the company. You will be enrolled into the scheme on completion of two years of service.

Your EAP offers you immediate access to 24-hour telephone counselling and legal information services, provided by an independent health and wellbeing provider. Experienced and qualified telephone counsellors provide around the clock support to help you with a wide range of personal and work-related problems in areas such as relationship difficulties, bereavement, anxiety, stress, family worries, alcohol/drug abuse and financial concerns.


We offer flexibility over the Christmas period, so you can choose to work between Christmas and New Year or take as a leave.

Flexible working

Working Monday to Friday isn’t always helpful when trying to run your life. We know doctor appointments, children, late nights and pets don’t have the same schedule and want to help you fulfil these commitments.
We offer working from home 50 days a year and flexible working (with core hours 10 to 4), where possible for certain roles, so you can do your best work when you arrive without having to worry about weekend appointments.
